When is rent due?
Your rent payment is due on the 1st of every month.
When is rent late?
Rent is considered late on the 2nd of the month. If payment is not received by the end of day on the 5th, your online portal will close and late fees will be assessed.
Note
Late fees will be assessed after the 5th.

Other options include the Walk-In Payment System (WIPS), through which you can make a cash equivalent payment by check or money order at over18,000 locations nationwide.
