Submit a maintenance request
Step 1
Access the maintenance request form through your navigation bar, quick link on the dashboard, or maintenance request widget.
Step 2
Fill out all required fields, then select Next.
Step 3
Include as much information as possible about your issue, including any photos. If you’d like to submit multiple issues at once, tap Add another issue.
Step 4
Once done, review all details, select a desired service time, and click Submit.
Step 5
Review the details, select a service time, and click Submit.
