You will be notified once your bills are posted and will be payable in your Resident Portal.
Learn what to expect
Unlike rent, utilities are billed after you use them. The first bill will post to your account around the 2nd of the month after moving in.
There’s a one-time $30set-up fee, and a $9.99 monthly fee, for Conservice.
Your final bill will reflect utility usage from the last 2 months. If these charges are not paid prior to move-out, they’ll be deducted from the security deposit.
